New Member Information
Whether you are a seasoned flyer or just getting into the hobby, we are the club
for you. We hold a wide variety of
events
throughout the year and offer training nights, free of charge to all members, to
help beginners learn how to fly.
To join Miami Valley Radio Control Club an applicant must:
Once both the application and release forms have been received the Secretary will
then issue you a membership card that contains the field gate code. You may then
create a user account on the website to login and access member only features.
If you have questions regarding the above processes, contact the club Secretary
or any of our
officers.
Note: If necessary due to limitations of the number of member’s (200), new applications
are kept in order of receipt. Applicants will become a members in that order as
openings become available.
Current Member Renewal Information
To renew your Miami Valley Radio Control Club Membership you must provide the following items to the secretary:
- Photocopy of your current membership card for you and each joining family member.
- Photocopy of your renewed
AMA Card
for you and each joining family member. Note: Paid receipts from AMA will no longer be accepted.
- Completed renewal application form. including additional joining family members information.
- Filled out and signed
release
form for you and each joining family member.
- Payment to MVRCC of $50.00 for yearly membership fee.
- Self addressed, stamped envelope so your card can be mailed back to you.
Note: The above items must be completely and accurately filled out and the requested items provided in order to process your application for membership. This is a requirement each and every year.
